The Next Generation of Global Satellite Communication
The 2JPO126Bz is a high-performance screw mount internal module antenna which is designed specifically to communicate efficiently with the Iridium Satellite Communication system. This embedded antenna offers the most reliable global connectivity for Iridium standards on the market and brings optimal signal quality within 1616 MHz - 1627 MHz frequencies. This embedded antenna offers an alternative solution where communication devices cannot use external antennas due to ergonomic, aesthetic or severe environmental conditions found in several satellite-base applications.
This antenna gives exceptional performance by maintaining a ~76.6% efficiency while operating with an iridium peak gain of ~4.8 dBi. With right-hand circular polarization (RHCP), 2JPO126Bz rejects multi-path interference and optimizes signal strength.
Suggested applications include:
Installation / Environmental
This ground plane independent passive antenna is recommended for PCB device integration that requires a short distance between receiver and antenna. The 2JPO126Bz comes with a standard U. FL connector, a 100 mm long 1.37 Mini-Coax cable, and a screw mount that offers a secure installation to a wide range of surfaces. With low-profile dimensions (70 x 70 x 7.1 mm), ground plane independence and efficient screw mount module, the antenna can be easily installed where challenging PCB designs are required. This product is manufactured with RoHS compliance and complete Iridium certification.
