The Phoenix 2J6939BGF is a low-profile, 2-in-1 combination dual-band antenna designed for devices operating in the 868/915 MHz ISM and GNSS/GPS frequency bands. It supports both the 868 MHz ISM band, commonly used in Europe, and the 915 MHz ISM band, used in the United States, making it suitable for a wide range of applications across these regions. In addition, this antenna features a Global Navigation Satellite System including GPS, making it ideal for positioning and tracking applications.

Furthermore, the antenna's omnidirectional design provides 360-degree coverage, making it ideal for IoT and automotive wireless systems. 

Cable 1:  868/915 MHz ISM

Cable 1 supports the 868/915 MHz ISM frequency band. They are widely utilized for short-range, low-power communication systems due to their favorable propagation characteristics and regulatory availability.  The sub-1GHz ISM bands are popular for both consumer and industrial uses due to their capability for long-range communication, cost-effectiveness, and support for devices with long battery life. The Phoenix 2J6939BGF is an excellent choice for any application where these factors are critical.

Cable 2:  GPS/GLONASS

Cable 2 supports GPS, QZSS, Glonass and Galileo as part of their active GNSS antenna portfolio. This compact antenna is designed and tuned with precision for navigational automotive applications and fleet management that operate within the 1575-1606 MHz frequency range.

This antenna is designed with a pre-filter, offers a 2.7 dBi 868/915 MHz ISM, GNSS Voltage Range of 1.5 - 3.6 V, 28 dB active GNSS peak gain, and efficiency of up to 63%.

Installation and Durability

Measuring only 80 × 74 × 25.6, the 2J6939BGF antenna is ground plane independent and encased in a durable, ASA material housing. Its  IP67 and IP69 certifications, and anti-rotation screw mount, offer reliable performance in challenging outdoor environments. This external antenna comes equipped with a standard SMA-Male connector and a 300 cm long D302 cable, with custom options available upon request.
